Epson 13200
Print Head

The Epson I3200-E1 Solvent printhead is a cost-effective 1.33inch-wide MEMs head series providing high productivity and high image quality with 600dpi high-density resolution. This printhead is suitable for eco-solvent inks. It is unlocked.

Mute Linear Guide

Quiet operation and stability. Low noise, high speed extended service life & long-term operation without maintenance are all achieved by significantly reducing friction between the silent guide rail’s sliders and improving the retention of lubricating grease.

Motorised Film Control

Fully motorised film control. This enables full calibration stability from start to end of the film roll.

Japan 3M Filter

Large particles, gels and other contaminates are efficiently caught by our imported filter, which also permits the necessary colour dyes to pass through and stay in the ink. The imported filter offers a superior capacity for impurity filtration and a longer lifespan.

Heat 3 Zone Print Bed

Individually controlled heat zones. Front, middle and rear. Also control of heated head station and bed suction.

Fully Heated Head Station

Controllable fully heated head station to protect against adverse low temperature during colder times. This prevents damage to heads due to frozen ink

Automatic Cleaning System

Fully adjustable timed automatic cleaning system eliminating the worry of not capping off properly, holiday breaks or quiet periods where machine is not used. This enables full printing within 5 minutes of needing to work.

Fully Alarmed Waste
